No upfront payment is required for initial or short-term sessions. A refundable commitment deposit only applies to optional 3+ month support tracks. Response target: within 24 hours after intake submission.

If your deadlines are within the next 30 days, mention that in your intake so triage can start immediately.

Which session should I book?

Initial Consultation: first-time families starting strategy and planning.
Working Session: existing clients continuing execution work.
Email Intake: if you prefer async scheduling or need deadline triage first.

Know the student's stage and top one to two goals.
Share the biggest current concern.
List upcoming deadlines in the next 30-90 days.

First-call output: clear priorities, action items, and recommended cadence.
