V4V Prep is currently operated in Texas by Tyson Smiter as a sole proprietor. A Texas LLC may be formed within the next six months. If that transition occurs, this policy continues to apply and obligations transfer to the successor entity.
This policy applies to information collected through this website, Calendly scheduling links, email communication, and service-related intake or planning documents.
Name, email, student grade/stage, goals, availability, and any details you choose to share in intake forms or emails. For under-18 workflows, this also includes parent/legal guardian name, parent/legal guardian email, and guardian consent acknowledgement.
Appointment details you submit through Calendly, including selected meeting times and related notes.
Notes and planning artifacts generated during consulting work to support active engagements.
V4V Prep may work with students under 18. Parent or legal guardian consent and contact information are required for under-18 student sessions.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information. No internet system is guaranteed fully secure. Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, or legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing v4vprep@gmail.com. Certain records may be retained when required by law or business operations.
V4V Prep serves families across the U.S., with remote meetings and select in-person meetings in Texas.
