Acceptance

By using this website or engaging services from V4V Prep, you agree to these terms.

Current business structure

V4V Prep is currently operated in Texas by Tyson Smiter as a sole proprietor. A Texas LLC may be formed within six months. If formed, rights and obligations under these terms transfer to the successor entity.

Service scope and expectations

Consulting scope

Services include college and career planning support such as strategy, application guidance, scholarship and internship targeting, and execution coaching.

No guarantee policy

Admissions, scholarships, internships, and employment outcomes are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on effort, timing, fit, and external decision-makers.

Educational purpose

Services are educational consulting and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

Payment model

  • Short-term sessions can remain value-for-value with post-session payment discretion.
  • Families choosing 3+ month recurring support may be asked for a $150 commitment deposit before meeting two.
  • The deposit is fully refundable after 90 days when commitment and attendance expectations are met.

Scheduling and attendance

  • Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may end services or void deposit refund eligibility on long-term tracks.
  • Missed sessions do not create guaranteed make-up availability.

Minors

Under-18 student sessions require parent or legal guardian consent and a parent contact on file.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, planning materials and frameworks provided by V4V Prep remain the intellectual property of V4V Prep. Families may use delivered materials for personal educational use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, V4V Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of services or reliance on consulting guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
